POLICY
The Company will observe a "silent period" prior to quarterly earnings announcements. The silent period will commence three weeks before declaration of the Financial Results and will end with the earnings announcement.
During the silent period, the Company's representatives will not have any discussions or communications in any way whatsoever with the investors/ analysts and other stakeholders on the previous quarter's financial / operational performance or on any forward looking queries. The Company's representatives shall interact only on questions in the nature of clarification of historical information or to provide general understanding of overall business.
During the silent period, the Company will continue to issue press releases and communicate with the media regarding its business, products or operations, including releases or communications on historical financial information.
REVIEW/ AMENDMENT
The Chairman and Co-Chairman and Managing Director of the Company may amend, abrogate, modify or revise any or all clauses of this Policy in accordance with the applicable laws.
